One astoundingly bright development stands out, upon review of the international scene during 2025. If nurtured and utilized in the new year, moreover, it could help turn the tide with respect to our ruptured climate. But the required nurturing will be tough, involving as it does a return to (or rise of) the rule of law in major emitting nations.
