On the heels of the International Court of Justice’s special proceedings on the climate crisis, Myanna Dellinger, the accomplished legal scholar heading the EinStrong Foundation, interviewed CPR Initiative General Counsel & Executive Director Dan Galpern.

In the EinStrong podcast, Dan sought to distinguish between duties stemming from international common law and those arising from "the climate treaty regime."
