Based in Magog, Quebec, Canada, Charles brings over twenty years of expertise as an electrical engineer and technology manager to nonprofit climate organizations. He serves as Deputy Executive Director and acting Secretary of the Board of Directors for Climate Emergency Forum, where he co-produces educational YouTube videos and provides critical tech support for web and video platforms.
At CPR Climate, Charles leverages his background in engineering and climate communication to strengthen digital infrastructure, contribute to public engagement, and enhance online education tools.
