Indeed, EPA Is Invited!
Even with new federal investments contained in the IRA and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, alongside existing and proposed EPA rules to control GHG emissions from various sectors, CPR Initiative and the City of Boulder believe that additional federal action is needed on climate.
Accordingly, by letter of October 21, 2022, we invited EPA to attend the November 1 hearing in order “to receive the testimony (preferably with us at the head table), to provide a statement, or both.” Either way, however, CPR Initiative will make their entire record of the hearing available to the Agency.
