On Tuesday, February 6, 2024, CPR Initiative General Counsel Dan Galpern conveyed a letter to the White House calling the President’s attention to the joint letter as well to an “extraordinary opinion” issued by the Federal District Court of Northern California on January 31, 2024.
Among other things, the Federal District Court declared that “it is every individual’s obligation to confront the current siege in Gaza.”
